Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Dashflow (“the Service”), operated by GlobalTechX (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Dashflow is an online dashboard preview generator. It allows registered users to upload business data (or enter KPI values manually) and receive an illustrative dashboard preview. The free tier includes one (1) generated preview per registered account. Custom, production-ready dashboards are available as a paid service through a quote request.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at info@globaltechnologyx.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Permitted use

You may use the Service for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload data that you do not have the right to share.
• Upload data containing personal data of others without appropriate authorisation.
• Attempt to circumvent the free-tier generation limit (e.g. by creating multiple accounts for the purpose of exceeding the limit).
• Use the Service to scrape, crawl, or conduct automated bulk requests.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service beyond what is publicly available.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Free tier and limits

Each registered account is entitled to one (1) free dashboard generation. This limit exists to allow genuine evaluation of the Service. We reserve the right to adjust the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Your data and content

You retain all ownership rights to the data and files you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

Dashboard generation inputs (including CSV files) are processed in-memory and are not persistently stored. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any data you upload complies with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable) and that you have the right to share it.

7. Intellectual property

The Dashflow name, logo, design, software, and all associated content are the intellectual property of GlobalTechX. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

Dashboard outputs generated from your own data are yours. We claim no ownership over dashboard previews generated from data you provide.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Dashboard previews are illustrative only and are not a substitute for professional data analysis, financial advice, or business intelligence tools.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GLOBALTECHX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GlobalTechX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@globaltechnologyx.com.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where GlobalTechX is registered. If you are a consumer, mandatory statutory consumer protections in your country of residence apply regardless of this clause.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
